Communication and capacity building workshops

Stalin has conducted more than 200 workshops on development communications, use of media (video, theatre, print and radio) for empowerment, strategic communication, gender, human rights, self expression etc. He has conducted these workshops for more than 100 different NGOs, and participants range from NGO workers, college and school students, agricultural workers, tribal communities, rural and women activists and university faculty. His participatory training methodology has been replicated by dozens of NGOs.
